If something is not in the pictures or description it is probably not included, unless it is specifically listed as included. Flaws, if any, will be noted in the description. We describe items as accurately as possible but condition is very subjective so please ask any questions ahead of time. We are very careful to provide accurate descriptions of our items, so there should be no reason to return anything.
If items are damaged in transit, a claim should be filed with the carrier. We can file the claim if you wish. Please save box and all packaging material for carrier inspection.
Unless we hear about it from you, we have no way of knowing if your package didn't get to you, so be sure to let us know if there's a problem.
